I experiment so much with that one dish that even my mom thinks i am a rasam zombie.The recipe again has been adapted from a small cookbook that i ve thumbed one too many a times. Its perfect for chilly evenings, when you have a runny nose or even when you suffer from indigestion.
Recipe: Cumin Rasam
( Learn to make cumin rasam, a light lentil broth flavored with freshly ground pepper)

For The Spice Powder
Toor dal 1 tsp
For The Rasam
Rasam powder 2 tsp
For The Tempering
Ghee/ Sesame oil 2 tsp
Curry leaves a sprig
In a pan, heat 1/4 tsp of oil or ghee.
