How To Make Hershey’s Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting?
Beginner Baking. DIY.
Hershey’s Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting is decadence in disguise. It is for those people who appreciate a good tub of chocolate frosting made with labor of love. And it is also for those people who pick up those jars of chocolate frosting from the supermarket. I will never understand why people buy frosting when things like this Hershey’s perfectly chocolate chocolate frosting exist.
Recently i was browsing through a popular food photography submission site when a particular chocolate brownie caught my eye. And soon i was dreaming about chocolate. In broad daylight. Can you believe that? Well you must believe me because that is how i decided that i will whip up this delicious Hershey’s Perfectly Perfect Chocolate Frosting. I tried this recipe from the Hershey’s website. I made a few changes to the original recipe apart from scaling it down to half. I also made one small mistake. I did not make sure that my sugar was ground to super smooth. Let’s just say i let my guard down for a minute to check on my daughter who was scampering into the loo. And a little grainy frosting never hurt anyone, right? After all it is chocolate. So be a sport. And in case you are particular, then make sure you have super fine sugar when you make this Hershey’s Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting.
P.S. The recipe for the cake will follow soon.
